Key Responsibilities
Restart, update, and verify testing computers before and after sessions

Administer exams in accordance with testing vendor rules and procedures

Clean and sanitize computers, desks, stations, and tester materials
Complete required checklists accurately and consistently
Schedule and send emails related to testing appointments
Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, and perform customer intakes

Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials

Track attendance and participation
Clearly explain concepts in plain language
Answer student questions and provide learning support

Required Qualifications
